EBARA’s Credit Rating Raised from “A-” to “A”

The credit rating of EBARA CORPORATION (“EBARA”) assigned by Rating and Investment Information, Inc. (R&I) was raised today from “A-” to “A” as set forth below. The rating trend is “stable.” In addition, the rating of EBARA's commercial papers remains the same (a-1).

Rating of the issuer: “A-/positive” → “A/stable”
Rating of commercial papers: “a-1” → “a-1”(Remain the same)
