Storage and drainage pumping station and No. 2 pumping station in North Chiba, Japan (at North Chiba Channel)

Flood control, irrigation, and purification The North Chiba Channel was constructed as a facility with three functions.
Tunnel on the Metropolitan Expressway’s Yokohama Northwest Line

In the tunnel, air volume, wind speed, the concentration distribution of substances in the air, and pressure balance are constantly changing. EBARA has built a sophisticated ventilation control system that conducts repeated calculations based on these factors, achieving efficient operation of the individual ventilation systems to match the environment in the tunnel.
Yokoshiba pump station

Yokoshiba Pumping Station is the starting point of the Boso Canal. It pumps up water that has been drawn from the Tone River and conveyed along the Kuriyama River and sends it on to the pump stations further down the canal.
Suminoe Pump Station

Since the main line of the floodway into which rainwater flows is situated about 30 meters deep underground, most of this facility is an underground structure. To keep civil engineering and construction costs down and shorten the time needed for construction, the underground section was given a cylinder shape (outer diameter 81 meters).
Yatsushiro-Chuo Drainage Pump Station

Yatsushiro-Chuo Pump Station is located on low and flat reclaimed land. Rainfall into the 1,899-hectare catchment area and the 311.1 hectares of land benefiting from the project is drained into the Yatsushiro Sea. The facility is ordinarily operated with commercial power sources, but in the unlikely event of a power failure, a private power generator will supply electricity to the main two pumps to discharge water.
Shinkawa-kako Drainage Pump Station

To ensure the drainage function of the pump station, we removed each of the six pumps one at a time and installed new pump to replace them. This work was performed between October and May during non-flooding periods, when the water level of the river does not rise.
Showa drainage pump station (The Metropolitan Outer Area Underground Discharge Channel)

The Metropolitan Area Outer Underground Discharge Channel is one of the world's largest underground flood water diversion facilities, with 6.3 kilometers of tunnels built 50 meters beneath the surface. Water taken from five rivers into massive containment silos is collected in an enormous underground tank.
Fluid coupling for boiler feed pump

A fluid coupling, which is installed between the driver unit (electric motor drive, etc.) and the driven unit (turbomachine, etc.), is a rotation speed control device that changes the output rotation speed while keeping the input rotation speed constant, contributing to improving operating efficiency (reduced electricity costs).
De-scaling pump, capable of rapidly accelerating and decelerating

Horizontal multi-stage double casing pump for steelworks in Japan. This product provides high-pressure water to remove the scale on steel surfaces producted during hot rolling.
Carbamate pumps for urea plants

Single-casing multi-stage pump with ring section casing for urea plant in India. Suitable for the largest urea plant in the world.
