Ebara Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Ebara) has endorsed the "GX (Green Transformation) League Basic Concept" published by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
The "GX League" is a forum for companies that are taking on the challenge of GX and aiming to achieve sustainable growth in the current and future society, with an eye on achieving carbon neutrality and social change in 2050, to collaborate with other companies undertaking similar initiatives, as well as with government and academia.
The "GX League Basic Concept" calls on GX League participating companies to not only work towards reducing GHG (greenhouse gas) emissions in their own businesses and supply chains, but also to lead the greening of the market through initiatives through their products and services. We supported this initiative as it is in line with our efforts towards carbon neutrality. The EBARA Group will continue to work to reduce greenhouse gas emissions throughout the entire value chain.
By addressing key ESG issues based on our long-term vision and medium-term management plan, the EBARA Group aims to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and further improve our corporate value.
