Happy New Year to everyone.
It has been nearly two years since we have been able to work without restrictions in person. Last year, I was once again reminded of the value and importance of communication. EBARA’s continued support for society and industry, both domestically and globally, was made possible thanks to our employees, their supportive families, our business partners, suppliers, and customers. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all of you.
Last year was the second year of the Medium-term Management Plan E-Plan 2025, aimed at realizing our Long-term Vision E-Vision 2030.
We positioned customer-centric value creation as a key business initiative, focusing on strengthening approaches that start with understanding and addressing our customers' needs.
As announced recently, EBARA is expected to achieve record-breaking revenue and operating profit. This success is the result of the dedicated efforts and accomplishments of our five business segments and the corporate departments that support them.
In this final year of E-Plan 2025, we will continue to develop and deliver our products and services that leverage EBARA’s strengths while staying true to our founding philosophy of contributing to society and industry.
