As the commercial use of outer space expands, the development of new transportation infrastructure connecting the ground and outer space, which serves as the foundation for this development, is rapidly accelerating, led by private companies. In order to contribute to creating an abundant and ever-evolving lifestyle as set forth in our long-term vision, E-Vision 2030, we have started the development of rocket components aiming at the full-scale launch of our aerospace business in the future.
EBARA is focusing on food problems associated with an increase in demand for fishery resources caused by global population growth and the decrease in natural fish catches due to climate change. To address these marine issues, we are engaged in the development of a fully closed, land-based aquaculture system based on the concept of "resting the sea". Utilizing our technologies, such as fluid and thermal control, we aspire to establish a sustainable, safe, and secure system with a focus on taste that enables a food supply that satisfies both quality and quantity.
EBARA is working to create new businesses with our strengths in thermal fluid technology and system engineering technology, to be applied in fields that include regenerative medicine and other medical devices, as well as cell agriculture and decarbonized resources. We are collaborating with external partners to advance the development of cutting-edge fields to be applied in the field of biotechnology.
