In our efforts to employ people with disabilities, we have expanded employment by providing work opportunities through our special subsidiary, Ebara Ernest Co., Ltd., that allow each individual to demonstrate their abilities according to their characteristics. By joining "The Valuable 500," we aim to become a corporate group where diverse talent can thrive while feeling motivated and comfortable in their work.
