EBARA CORPORATION (EBARA) joined "The Valuable 500" in support of its aim to promote the inclusion activities of people with disabilities.
EBARA's long-term vision, E-Vision 2030, formulated in 2020, advocates "promotion of a working environment that encourages challenge" as one of the five material issues. In our efforts to hire people with disabilities, EBARA has been expanding employment through EBARA ERNEST Co., Ltd., (EBARA EARNEST) a Special subsidiary company. They provide employment opportunities that encourage each individual to demonstrate their unique abilities. The Valuable 500 is an initiative launched at the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum, which is known as the Davos Convention, in January 2019. It is a business to business initiative catalysing the influence of large private sector corporations (1000+ employees) in national and international markets. It calls for participation of 500 companies with the purport of promoting the creation of a society and economy where people with disabilities can realize their potential value. To date, more than 400 companies have joined from 33 countries around the world.
