This event was held to further deepen dialogue with stakeholders regarding the Group’s ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) activities and progress.
This is the 5th time the ESG Meeting has been held. This year Masao Asami, President and Representative Executive Officer, COO & CEO discussed progress on the non-financial indicators laid out in the medium-term management plan E-Plan 2025 as well as Human Capital Management initiatives. CTO Norihisa Miyoshi discussed technologies, R&D and intellectual property strategy and technological succession strategy and Independent Director and Chairman of the Board Hiroshi Oeda explained about corporate governance. There was also a question and answer session.
We will continue to hold ESG Meetings as we further advance ESG-focused management.
