EBARA Corporation (hereinafter ”EBARA”) has added two new interview articles featuring the Casting Team and Thermal Spraying Team, who have accepted trainees through the Global Career Development Program, to the EBARA Manufacturing website, which is home to content highlighting the human resources behind the EBARA Group’s core technologies.
These articles cover the various thoughts and opinions of employees working on the front lines of development, manufacturing, and so on. The newly added articles introduce EMTAC,* a base which provides support for manufacturing throughout the entire EBARA Group, and the efforts with overseas trainees who have come to Japan from Indonesia and Vietnam via the Global Career Development Program. Through activities that go beyond borders and overcome language barriers to improve the highly specialized technologies of casting and thermal spraying that are critical for the manufacture of pumps, etc., we provide a glimpse of the strength of the EBARA Group's manufacturing and the intensity of its resolve.
