At EBARA, parts which are consumed (worn) during pump operation, in addition to parts which deteriorate with age, are considered to be consumable parts.
Examples) Wear parts: rolling bearings, gland sleeves, impeller rings, etc.
Parts which deteriorate with age: O-rings, gaskets, plastic parts, etc.
Rotating, but water does not come out. Discharge quantity is not enogh to specified capacity.
Over load (Overcurrent) occurs.
Excessive water leakage from stuffing box
Electric motor does not work well with noise.
Water comes out at first, but it doesn't come out soon.
