Customer performs SDM, but customer cannot judge that used parts condition is acceptable or not. Can EBARA provide the service to solve this issue?
Please inform a Sales Representative of EBARA of the serial number and model of the equipment you are using. Also, if you have inspection records (dimensions, photographs) of parts which have been individually inspected, or equipment operating records, please send them to us as well. Depending on the case, it may be necessary for us to dispatch service personnel from our company (including online diagnosis) to confirm the situation.
