Work responsibilities

I work on the development of the EBARA Maintenance Cloud and manage the development team. I developed IoT sensors that can be attached to devices to diagnose conditions based on changes in vibration trends, as well as cloud applications that can visualize the data for customers and send notifications by email when an abnormality occurs. I try to think thoroughly in order to create products and services that meet market needs, and I find it rewarding to support social infrastructure by popularizing good products and services.

Skill development and sharing expertise with other employees

The knowledge required for development work increases every year as technology advances. In addition to learning these skills through work, I also take training outside of work. I also used specialized books to study on my own. In my organization, we have created a database of technical information to formalize skills and expertise, and share it within our section. We also hold regular study sessions to share new technologies.

Future goals & message to young people

I would like to encourage the adoption of the EBARA Maintenance Cloud so that remote monitoring becomes the norm for pumps. On top of that, I want to create a market that wants EBARA pumps because of this remote monitoring, and I want to deliver more products to the world. Our work is not glamorous, but it is very important and we can be proud of it because it supports the foundations of people's lives around the world. Join us at EBARA and help us create a better world!
