Conventional vertical-shaft pumps need to be pulled up and disassembled, requiring time and cost, to inspect and replace bearings in the submerged section. Easy inspection pumps enable the inspection and replacement of submerged bearings while the pump is installed, shortening the work period and reducing maintenance costs.

Submerged bearing inspection and replacement cost: 20% to 25% of conventional costs
Work period: Reduced from about 20 days to 2 days (Reference value in case of 1500 mm diameter vertical-shaft pump (without overhead crane))

2. Scope

Diameter: 900 mm or more (Please inquire about pumps with small diameter less than 900 mm)
Total pump head: If the pump is too long, please contact us.
