Unit silencer

A unit silencer is a lightweight, low-pressure loss ventilator silencer with excellent noise reducing features. The type is selected based on the required noise reduction performance. The number of units to be installed in the cross section of the air channel is determined according to the amount of air to be processed and the allowable pressure loss. The layout can be adjusted according to the type of equipment selected. Because of its ultra-low pressure loss, it can be used as a compact silencer. In addition, since it is lightweight, it is easy to install and can be carried by hand to construction sites even in narrow delivery routes. A long-life unit silencer with an aluminum body helps reduce noise in various environments.

The internal flow follows a smooth shape to keep the pressure drop low. This provides various benefits, such as a lower purchase cost, smaller installation space, and shorter installation time.

By using aluminum alloy for the outer plate, it is approximately 50% lighter than our conventional products. It can be transported by one worker and installed easily, so construction times can be shortened.

An aluminum fiberboard is used for the inner plate to improve weather resistance. This noise absorbing material does not deteriorate easily even outdoors and its noise reduction effect can be maintained for a long period of time, so it can be used in various installation conditions.
